4-Hour Group Couples Workshop
Invest in your relationship and take a step toward growing a deeper, more secure connection with your partner. This interactive group workshop is designed to provide couples with the practical tools and insight to: better understand each other, improve communication, deepen connection, and strengthen the emotional bond that keeps relationships thriving! All in just 4 hours.
Group Sessions Host 4-6 Couples At A Time.
This is a great fit for any couple who:
Find themselves stuck in the same arguments and want to understand why
Want practical tools to communicate more effectively
Feel the connection has faded and want to reconnect
Want to better understand each other’s emotional needs
Are committed to their relationship and open to learning and practicing new skills together
Why a Small Group Format?
A small group format creates a supportive environment where couples realize they are not alone! Couples can gain deeper insight in hearing from other shared relationship experiences. Most workshop activities however, will be done privately between partners in breakout rooms, to allow couples to be fully vulnerable with their partner during intimate practice exercises with one another. It’s then, couples are brought back to the larger Zoom room to share their experience of the exercises. This is what makes it intimate and interactive! You won’t just be listening and learning about relationship skills, you’ll actively be practicing them in the workshop! *Couples will not be asked to share personal details with the larger group unless they voluntarily feel comfortable in doing so.
You will also receive a copy of the presentation slides and practical tools handouts on communication and activities discussed during the workshop, so you can continue applying what you've learned afterward.
*This may not be the best fit for couples currently experiencing active ongoing abuse, safety concerns, or active relationship crisis requiring more clinical therapeutic support. If you have any questions on whether this group is for you, please contact provider, Giselle Ortiz via email at giselleortiz.counseling@gmail.com
